Clear Creek Valley Park is the newest gem in the District park’s system. The first three phases of this 80 acre park includes open space, grass fields, playgrounds, shelters, wildlife viewing lakes, a large central ponds, trails, a community garden, pickleball courts, sand volleyball courts, cornhole courts and much more.
2020 Master Plan Improvements Description: In 2022, park improvements included four new pickleball courts which were fenced and lighted to match the four courts constructed in 2019, as well as seating and shade areas for the courts. Also included were two additional sand volleyball courts built adjacent to the existing court. The entire area was landscaped with park grass to complete the project. Planned improvements for 2023 include the installation of one large shelter on the Tennyson side that is able to host large events and three smaller shelters throughout the park. Additional parking spaces in the Lowell parking lot are being considered to accommodate the additional amenities on the east side of the park.
