Karate for Kids Begins (Tuesdays)

$40Hyland Hills offers karate at the new Hyland Hills Sports Center! Classes are repeated year and year toward black belt and beyond. Classes involve traditional drills, two-person exercises, body conditioning, health benefits, and mental development with Kata.
